Situated in Revolution Square, the Libray was destryed during revolution in december 1989 and rebuilt in almost 10 years.
The library was built by King Carol I of Romania in 1895.
On the spot where the advert is now it was before 1945 the statue of King Carol on the horse, sculpture by Ivan Mestrovic. Communists destroyed totally the statue...
