The Telephones Palace (Communications palace) was built in 1935 and at that time it was the tallest building in Bucharest. The Novotel Hotel was built in 2006 on the ground of the former National Theatre (destroyed by the german aviation in 1944) and an old guesthouse. Located in center of Bucharest, on Calea Victoriei.
